Investing in Care that Lasts
Choosing therapy is a meaningful investment in your well-being, relationships, and future.
We offer a variety of services for adults, children and teens, depending on their needs. If you’re wondering which option is right for you, rest assured that you don’t need to have this figured out before having a conversation with us. We will develop a “treatment dose” with you.
Insurance
CBTeam is an out-of-network practice and does not bill insurance directly. Payment is due at the time services are provided.
All clients automatically receive a monthly superbill, which contains the information most insurance companies require to process an out-of-network claim.
If your insurance plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement for covered services. However, seeing a licensed clinician does not guarantee insurance reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your individual insurance plan and may depend on factors such as your out-of-network benefits, deductible, reimbursement rate, and any exclusions or limitations within your policy.
For clients working with pre-licensed clinicians practicing under supervision, insurance reimbursement varies by insurance plan and cannot be guaranteed. We encourage all clients to contact their insurance company before beginning treatment to better understand their out-of-network mental health benefits and eligibility for reimbursement.
Before beginning treatment, we recommend asking your insurance company:
- Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
- What is my out-of-network deductible, and how much has been met?
- What percentage of out-of-network mental health services will be reimbursed?
- Is preauthorization required for mental health services?
- Does my plan reimburse services provided by pre-licensed clinicians practicing under supervision?
We accept all major credit cards, Health Savings Accounts (HSA), and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).
Please Note: CBTeam is not enrolled as a Medicare or MassHealth provider and therefore cannot provide services billed to those plans.
