Connect with others who understand while building skills and support.

CBTeam offers therapist-led support groups for adults year-round. Our groups provide a welcoming space to connect with others who share similar experiences, reduce isolation, and gain encouragement while navigating OCD and anxiety. Offerings vary throughout the year based on clinical needs and interest.

“Feeling like you are the only one suffering can make psychological pain so much harder. I’m motivated to run these groups to help people feel like they are not alone in their experience by offering a space where they can hear from and lean on others for support.”
