Individual outpatient psychotherapy typically involves meeting with one of our outstanding clinicians once per week for approximately 45 minutes. Often this provides enough time to develop a meaningful relationship with your clinician, process the challenging emotions that trip us all up, and work on meaningful change.
On a case-by-case basis, you and your clinician may decide to increase the frequency of sessions to multiple meetings per week based on circumstantial needs and clinician availability. Likewise, sessions can occur in the office, outside of the office, or during a home visit based on clinical needs and availability.
