Meet Aubrey

Aubrey is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and doctoral practicum Behavioral Coach at CBTeam. She is a doctoral student in Clinical Psychology at William James College, an APA-accredited program, and a member of CBTeam’s 2026–2027 doctoral practicum cohort. As part of her doctoral training at CBTeam, Aubrey receives specialized training, one-on-one supervision, and ongoing consultation in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and evidence-based treatment for OCD and anxiety disorders. In her current practicum role, she works alongside our licensed clinicians as a Behavioral Coach within the Intensive ERP Program, building advanced specialty skills in treating OCD and anxiety while progressing through her doctoral clinical training.

Previously, Aubrey completed clinical training at Groton School, where she provided individual therapy sessions to adolescents. Prior to this, she received training in trauma counseling at Boston Area Rape Crisis Center and multiple non-profits working with children and families.

Outside of work, Aubrey enjoys live music, fitness, and spending time with her partner and pets. You can expect a compassionate and direct therapeutic relationship. I pride myself on creating a sense of safety in my sessions that encourages clients to take risks and foster growth. I believe in creating a space where you can take action toward a meaningful life.
