Meet Colby

Colby Myers is a part-time Behavioral Coach at CBTeam and a doctoral student in Clinical Psychology at William James College, an APA-accredited program. After successfully completing CBTeam’s 2025–2026 practicum training year, we invited him to continue with our clinical team as a Behavioral Coach. In this role, he provides Behavioral Coaching to children, adolescents, and adults through our Intensive ERP Program and Outpatient Behavioral Coaching Program while continuing to receive specialized supervision and consultation in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Before joining CBTeam, Colby completed his first-year clinical practicum through Bridgewater-Raynham Regional Public Schools and is currently completing his advanced clinical practicum at Bradley Hospital. Before graduate training, Colby has worked in community substance use prevention and mental health promotion for over 8 years.

Outside of work, Colby enjoys reading, watching Boston Sports teams, and spending time with friends and family. In working with Colby, clients can explore their values in a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment while working toward their treatment goals. Clients can expect to develop skills and gain experience in facing their OCD and anxiety through a values-aligned approach.
