Meet Gia
Gia is a Behavioral Coach at CBTeam and a doctoral student in Clinical Psychology at William James College, an APA-accredited/accredited program. She is a member of CBTeam’s 2026–2027 doctoral practicum cohort, where she receives specialized training, one-on-one supervision, and ongoing consultation in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and evidence-based treatment for OCD and anxiety disorders. Working alongside our licensed clinicians, she supports children, adolescents, and adults in both individual and intensive treatment settings while progressively developing her clinical knowledge, skills, and professional responsibilities.
Previously, Gia completed clinical training at Taravista Behavioral Health Center, conducting intake evaluations and supporting clinicians through patient check-ins and treatment planning for adolescents experiencing suicidal ideation and other acute mental health conditions.
Outside of work, Gia enjoys working out, baking, and spending time with her two cats, Kitten and Maple Bacon. When working with Gia, clients can expect a behavioral coach who is patient, attentive, and determined to help clients succeed in their treatment goals. She hopes to create a space where clients feel safe to explore challenges together, build confidence, and grow.
