Meet Kylie
Kylie is a part-time Doctoral Behavioral Therapist at CBTeam, where she provides individual therapy under the supervision of our licensed clinicians. She is a doctoral student in Clinical Psychology at William James College, an APA-accredited program. During her 2025–2026 practicum year at CBTeam, Kylie served as a Behavioral Coach, completing a year of specialized training and supervised practice in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) within our Intensive ERP Program.
Prior to joining CBTeam, Kylie trained at the VA Boston Healthcare System’s Center for Translational Cognitive Neuroscience, where she conducted neuropsychological evaluations and contributed to research on novel cognitive assessments for veterans with complex neurological and psychiatric conditions.
Outside of work, Kylie enjoys going on adventures with her dog, practicing yoga, and reading. Clients can expect a warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive therapeutic experience where they feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change. Kylie is especially passionate about working with underserved populations, including Asian and refugee communities, and strives to help children, adolescents, and young adults build practical, evidence-based skills to manage anxiety, depression, OCD, and identity-related challenges.
