Meet Lauren

Lauren is a Behavioral Coach at CBTeam and a doctoral student in Clinical Psychology at William James College, an APA-accredited/accredited program. She is a member of CBTeam’s 2026–2027 doctoral practicum cohort, where she receives specialized training, one-on-one supervision, and ongoing consultation in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and evidence-based treatment for OCD and anxiety disorders. Working alongside our licensed clinicians, she supports children, adolescents, and adults in both individual and intensive treatment settings while progressively developing her clinical knowledge, skills, and professional responsibilities.

Previously, Lauren completed clinical training at Eliot Community Human Services as a Community Service Agency intern, where she provided Wraparound-based services to children, adolescents, and their families. Lauren also worked in the Mobile Crisis Intervention sector at Eliot, where she conducted crisis evaluations, assisted clinicians with client referrals, and produced clinical formulations.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys dancing, cuddling with her cats, and cooking. Clients can expect funny stories about Lauren’s cat Eiffel, creative expressions, and quirky analogies when working with her. Lauren hopes clients will feel hope, trust, and security in sessions.
