Nathan Morin, MS

Nathan is the Clinic Operations Manager at CBTeam, where he applies his background in operations, education, and organizational systems to strengthen the processes that support our team and deliver high-quality care. His work spans day-to-day practice operations and human resources, with a focus on creating thoughtful, efficient systems that help CBTeam run smoothly and allow our clinicians to focus on providing exceptional care.

Prior to joining CBTeam, Nathan spent more than a decade working in education in New York and Massachusetts. During that time, he supported students across their academic, social, and emotional needs while serving in a variety of roles, including History Teacher, member of the Special Education Team, Testing Coordinator, and Operations Manager. His experience in both direct student support and operational leadership shaped his approach to building systems that are organized, responsive, and centered around the people they serve.

Outside of work, Nathan enjoys spending time with friends, discovering new movies and television shows, and playing in Providence’s premier flag football league. A proud Rhode Island native—as anyone within earshot will quickly learn—he also has a longstanding commitment to community service and creating inclusive environments. Nathan brings this same sense of connection and purpose to his work at CBTeam, with a particular commitment to ensuring that our systems and workplace culture support the diverse needs of our clients and team.

Nathan enjoys working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and identities, including differences in ethnicity, socioeconomic status, nationality, immigration status, religion, gender identity, sexuality, neurodivergence, and disability. He strives to understand how each person’s unique experiences shape their mental health, and he works collaboratively to tailor treatment with respect, curiosity, and care.
